Renaming Attachments.

...Is there a way to get MailScanner to ZIP (compress) an attachment
rather than deleting or quarantinig it !

Useful to reduce bandwith ;-)

P.S. ...and to store in FTP-HTTP Server inserting a link into originale
e-mail ?

Why would you want to?
