Postfix Logging Duplication

Anyone have an idea how to fix MailScanner Logging problem that causes
duplication of TO address of notifications when using Postfix as the MTA?

Example of admin notification:

This also seems to cause duplicate notification messages.

Other than swiching MTA, any thoughts?
