Martin, in this case, the problems arose after installing Sophos 3.68
*with* the Sophos.install script supplied with MailScanner. What you say
is absolutely true, but not the problem here. The common thread of this
problem is older versions of MailScanner in the 3.1? to 3.2? range. Time
to bite the bullet and upgrade!
