spam volume

The strip_html feature only works on emails marked as spam...correct?
Is there any way that *all* email could be stripped of the 1 image nasty
porn emails?
Or even maybe a list of users who want this feature?

Over the past few months, we have seen spam rise from 15% to over 25% of
our total mail volume.

I strongly advise people to start using the "striphtml" spam action to
clean up nasty spam.
