How do you receive an email update, is there a setting that needs to be
configured?

This works OK here with RH 7.3 and MS 4.21-9. I receive an email only
when the scanner is updated.

I use the default cron.hourly script but had to rename
/usr/lib/MailScanner/mcafee-autoupdate.rpmnew to
/usr/lib/MailScanner/mcafee-autoupdate after the upgrade.
