Restarting the MailScanner process.

Here is a way you can quickly kill Mailscanner.
 
1.)  Copy check_mailscanner (i hope im right on the filename) to
kill_mailscanner.
2.)  Change to reflect this:
 
else   
  if [ "x$1" != "x-q" ]; then
    echo MailScanner running with pid $pid
    kill $pid
  fi
3.)  Run check_mailscanner.
