Maillog entry

Hello
The following appears a 527 number of times in a
2mb Maillog file. I appreciate it refers to
sendmail but what is it telling me? Is it a
problem with sendmail or the email its trying to
process. Stuff is coming in and out as normal or
at least looks to be.Number in Brackets changes
each time by the look of it.
