Have a look in the archives, Julian posted some good advice recently  about this.

razor, DCC and pyzor are all spam tracking systems and will improve spam detection rates.  Theres some stuff about installing them in the spamassassin install docs and some stuff about firewalling them etc in the MailScanner FAQ
