Hi,
have a little question about the log output generated by mailscanner.
My log (mail.log from syslog) looks like this:
Aug 22 11:01:51 mccoy MailScanner[6723]: New Batch: Scanning 1 messages, 28700 bytes
Aug 22 11:01:51 mccoy MailScanner[6723]: Spam Checks: Starting
Aug 22 11:02:12 mccoy MailScanner[6723]: Virus and Content Scanning: Starting
Aug 22 11:02:12 mccoy MailScanner[6723]: Uninfected: Delivered 1 messages
but with this information i have no clue which mail this was. i cant grep
exims main.log (no syslog, exims own format). Only when something matches
(Spam or Virus) i get:
Spam Actions: message 19pvPw-0001Kf-Fw actions are deliver
Don't know if it is usefull but why not start every logline with messageid
or if not all then perhaps the 1st one.
regards Martin
