Rav bug fix MISSING in beta 4.23-5?

It's a bunch of permissions problems.
chmod a+r /dev/console
cd /usr/local/rav8
chmod -R go+rX .
chmod a+rx rave bin pixmaps rc
I'll add these to the rav-autoupdate so it gets fixed before you have to
worry about it.
