I sended in the copy i received Friday, so far they didnt even respond to
the ticket I opened. Exactly the same we had with a Sobig variant. Their
support close the ticket with 'we support it allready' i had to re-open it
twice to get their attention.
If they dont know their buisiness, and dont even take the time to simply
scan the files customer send in i have serious doubts they are doing ok.
They used to do better.
