Mailstats V0.19 released

For those using my script a new version of Mailstats is available.

This version fixes the spurious output seen by some people in the trap
report listing.

Also if you use the access file blocking mechanism, when an IP address is
blocked it will now attempt a reverse DNS lookup to try a get the name
belonging to the IP address that has been blocked.
