Spam bounce message

Speaking of the bounce thing.  Wouldn't it be nice if in the bounce message
it had a link something like the following.

http://www.ordb.org/lookup/rbls/?host=127.0.0.1

The above checks all but ordb.  There is surely a way to check them all
including ordb?

This way the recipient of the bounce could click on the link and see that
there mail server is listed.  They could also forward it to there clueless
postmaster.  Matter of fact there ought to be a reccomendation to do exactly
that in the message.
