Thank you Mailscanner V4 on a RaQ working

Thanks to Mike Kercher giving me the hint on symlinks and a few other
people who have given me pointers of the last few days V4 at last woks
on a RaQ entirely the RaQs fault no one else's not how to make it a more
easy install and start to learn all the new goodies we have in V4.

Next the Spamassain Install will no doubt throw the spanner in.
