When checking the RBL called "Infinite-Monkeys", the DNS server did not
respond in a few seconds, and so the test was killed to stop MailScanner
running very slowly. It will still be used on other messages, unless it
gets 7 failures in a row, at which point it will stop using
Infinite-Monkeys for a few hours. This is designed to test for DNS tests
that fail repeatedly because other remote DNS servers are down, to make
sure that this happening does not cause MailScanner to become very slow due
to waiting for many timeouts to occur.

Don't worry, it's quite harmless.
