RBL Check Infinite-Monkeys timed out

Dear Sir,

I am using  mailscanner ver 4.

Please comment on following error.

 RBL Check Infinite-Monkeys timed out and was killed, consecutive failure 1 of 7 at /usr/lib/MailScanner/MailScanner/RBLs.pm line 192
