Port 25 not open

hello,
try to simply comment out (dnl) the line 
DAEMON_OPTIONS(`Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1,Name=MTA')
there is no need to replace it.  after this rebuild
the sendmail.cf file, then restart MailScanner
