Start by doing a
         diff mailscanner.conf mailscanner.conf.rpmnew
and copy your local changes over to the new conf file.

Have you got a load of qf and df files in /var/spool/mqueue.in? Hopefully
not Qf and Df files. If you have qf and df files (in pairs) then
MailScanner should pick them up and process them.
