Installing MailScanner should install /etc/cron.hourly/mailscanner to run

/usr/sbin/ms-cron HOURLY

and /etc/cron.daily/mailscanner to run

/usr/sbin/ms-cron DAILY

and

/usr/sbin/ms-cron MAINT

These in turn rely on /etc/MailScanner/defaults to configure which
HOURLY, DAILY and MAINT jobs are run.
