MailScanner: Could not analyze message

Hi,
Actually, we are trying to send wordpress backup file to an email address (using the default wordpress backup utility).When we give an email account and click on 'Email backup to <email address>', wordpress creates a new backup file and after it isn't sending to the email account.Once the backup is created, mailscanner checks the mail and move it directly into quarantine.
Meanwhile, we can actually download the backup file directly into local machine.
The backup file is a gzip archive and is about 316KB.Its name will be like 'peterpau_pauer_wp_20200827_768.sql.gz'.
So what should we do now?Any help is appreciated.

Well, tell us something about the emails which are being blocked.

Are they plain text, HTML, do they have attachments, if so what sort of files 
are they?

Can you upload a (possibly slightly redacted for privacy) sample email to 
pastebin or similar, and then post the link here so we can see the content for 
ourselves?
