some file bad content

Hi list , I am having some problems with some messages, it classifies
me as bad content and I try to release it and it does not work, I have
looked at some messages in the list but I cannot find any solution.

MailScanner: Very long filenames are good signs of attacks against
Microsoft e-mail packages

any idea?
