MailScanner 5.3.1-2 Available

This is a very minor update to 5.3.1-1 error handling to allow 
spamassassin update attempt to rollback on failure for RHEL and SUSE builds.

Users successfully on 5.3.1-1 do not need to update to 5.3.1-2. The 
MailScanner code base for both are identical.  This update touches 
ms-configure only.
