MailWatch Issue after upgrade

I don't recall which OS/distro you are using, but check permissions from
/var all the way down and verify that your web server daemon user is part
of the mtagroup. If you are using php-fpm, this user it runs as can be
different from the web server.
You should have the following:
/var/spool/postfix
drwxr-x---. 2 postfix mtagroup 6 Dec 25 12:07 hold
drwxr-x---. 2 postfix mtagroup 6 Mar 23 08:01 incoming
/var/spool
drwxr-xr-x. 19 root root 250 Feb 1 20:05 postfix
/var
