MailScanner Not starting after upgrade

Thanks - sorry I should of put that in. I was previously running 

Which version of MailScanner were you running? - MailScanner-5.0.2-1
Which version did you upgrade to? - MailScanner-5.0.7-3
Which Operating System is it running under? - Linux
Which version of the system were you running previously? - Fedora 25
Which version have you upgraded the system to? - Fedora 28

I mainly just moved everything yesterday to a current version as you can see everything that was there was out of support.
