OK, a couple of settings in MailScanner.conf

Multiple Headers = add
Place New Headers At Top Of Message = yes

My bad for not properly reviewing the conf

MailScanner is scanning outgoing mail after Postfix/openDKIM is signing
it. Mailscanner's added headers and ?? are breaking the DKIM sig.
