Problem auto-filling SQL mtalog_ids from maillog

Already fixed this problem.
I'm my CSF firewall configuration, I restricted access to the SYSLOG too
much, so MailScanner didn't had proper access to it.
That's why it didn't log it's actions properly in postfix maillog and my
SQL didn't get filled with the mailscanner_relay.php script.
