Avast Core LInux Scanner wrapper?

I have a licensed version of the latest core command line scanner but neither the Avast or avastd wrapper work.

 

Their lastest core version runs as a service but I think things have changed since the MS wrapper was written.

 

Any chance of getting an updated wrapper to support this?
