And the code (the "} elsif ($tagname eq 'a' && $DisarmPhishing) {" block
in "sub DisarmEndtagCallback {" in MailScanner/Message.pm) is hard to
follow, but I believe 'www.' is removed from both sides of the
comparison and the comparison is done case insensitively.
