Blocking custom file extension is not working

That is because, the test system is just a bogus grand standing system trying to get
you to buy their "anti spam" solution instead.

They are sending a text file as the supposed .dll file, if they sent an actual .dll file
your system would block it because of the mime check.

So all in all their supposed attack would never work.
