MailScanner/Postfix Per recipient mail splitting

Hi,

In an attempt to have per user spam rules I was googling about it and found that first thing is to have Postfix to split mail on a per recipient basis (understandable).

I found this post:

Okay it's 11 years old, and the link to the wiki is not working anymore.

My question is, is it now in 2016 possible to do it, with MailScanner ?

Any hints would be appreciated.
