SPF_FAIL = 0.00 score

I'm pretty sure that the SpamAssassin default for SPF_FAIL is zero 
because of the possibility for false positives.  That's the value given 
in /usr/share/spamassassin/50_scores.cf.  I increased the score for both 
SPF_FAIL and SPF_HELO_FAIL to 2.0 by adding a custom rule to a file in 
/etc/mail/spamassassin where all my local rules reside.
