mailscanner-4.85.2-3 on Debian Jessie

Worked a treat.
Since I have to do everything by hand anyway, it's actually a good time to avail myself of the conf.d directory so I in the future I don't have to keep merging MailScanner.conf.

Nice job on the new web site, BTW...
