Hi
are you using mailscanner as an outbound checker for email? In which case
you need to check the users are sending in html format and also adjust the
MailScanner signature settings so you get a more helpful message out of it.
If not then the folks at the destination need to look at their MailScanner
setup, and you need to stop sending in RTF as the message suggests
