MailScanner versions

It looks like somebody restored an ancient backup from the website.

For a split second i was happy to see some changed in the version, hoping 
it would be newer but unfortunately.....

I thought MailScanner development had almost come to a stop, now it looks 
like it has been put in reverse :)))
