How to block emails that FROM doesn't belongs to server domain list

Do you/your orgsnization allow out-of-office or similar autoresponders?
That might lead to what you describe... Erroneous bouncing might as well.
If it is OoO, and you have to allow that to/from the outside world... You
lose.
