This is spamassassin's white list, not MailScanner's . You probably have a 
whitelist_from rule somewhere in a spamassassin configurations file, eg. 
/root/.spamassassin/user_prefs . It is 
probably also worth checking you have use_auto_whitelist 0 in 
/etc/MailScanner/spam.assassin.prefs.conf .
