I am on the same boat as Steven. I've used it for quite some time. I have a small 3 server cluster than handles my clients in/out bound email. It then redelivers to their onsite exchange. It is very versatile.

Last time I tried, Baruwa missed a lot of options Mailwatch has. Mailwatch is a classic example of a good product that has a lousy codebase. That's probably also the reason nobody is maintaining it.
