Hi!
Seems like there is a problem with a CustomFunction:
Ruleset-from-Function.pm
Have you written this yourself, or downloaded it from somewhere? (I don't immediately recognize it)
It complains about write permissions, start by checking the Custom Function .pm file on the problematic line to see where it tries to create the tempfile().
