MailScanner[nnnn]: Could not use Custom Function code /usr/lib/MailScanner/...

You'll have to look at the content of Ruleset-from-Function.pm ? Especially
line 34. It looks like it's trying to create a temp file but doesn't have
the permissions to do so. Find out where and why it's making a temp file
and disable that functionality or make sure it has the correct permissions.
