Mailscanner 4.83.4 now available for Debian/Ubuntu

Hello list:

I created a .deb package for the latest stable release of Mailscanner 
4.83.4. I am testing it on our servers, but feel free to send me an 
email if anybody is interested in using it as well.

No guarantees by the way, as this is my first packaging attempt. I did 
have some help from Simon Walter though, the original maintainer.
