Unfortunately they weren't. Since adding in the sanesecutiy sigs the DHL emails are getting detected as virus "Sanesecurity.Malware.15940.UNOFFICIAL" and are now blocked.

My clamav sigs are all up to date although I'm on quite an old version of the engine (0.95.3) as the box is running Ubuntu 8.04.
