Exim 4.72 and MailScanner

All right which part of http://www.mailscanner.info/exim.html do I
pay attention to?

I wonder if I should use the default configure file as the the incoming 
queue and copy the current the current configure file to comfigure.out .

I do have some exotic extras in the Exim configuration.
