See these settings in MailScanner.conf :
Block Encrypted Messages =
Block Unencrypted Messages =
Allow Password-Protected Archives =
Archives Must Be Password-Protected =
Check Filenames In Password-Protected Archives =
and last but very importantly
SpamAssassin Rule Actions =
