MailScanner: Message attempted to kill MailScanner

Also check folder permissions and that required folders exist - one recent
install didn't make them all for me (I suspect this was a glitch in the
SpamAssassin install rather than MailScanner).

 

I also had this a while back on a server where the disk was full, although I
expect this isn't your problem.
