Simple reason.

Mail that does get in (score low enough not to be rejected), will appear
in mailwatch for the domain admins to view/learn/release or what ever
they want to do with it.

I have one machine that does see all the test, including ClamAV tests
results.

I have yet to find what makes it work on one machine and fail on the
other.
