recipients_bcc_maps emails gets lost...

Start with the changes you made for MailScanner. And the changes you
made to remove processing by amavisd. Also important is how you startup
the processes exactly.
But the messages here are put on HOLD. Then scanned by MaiScanner. Then
Postfix picks them up again and continues to proces them. The BCC action
is done after MailScanner.
