FW: [CentOS-announce] Release for CentOS-5.4 i386 and x86_64

I'm running the latest MailScanner.

I had done the reinstall trick during the update to CentOS 5.3, and have
had no problems with perl conflicts since.

All tested on my home VM before updating in the wild.
