fixing relative path

Hi All,

I was wondering what these  warning means when doing a 'MailScanner
--debug-sa'

All of my spamAssassin rules and the extra rules from open-protect are
listed like this in a Spamassassin --lint. Wy it need to do a "fixed
relative path".
