ScamNailer 2.07 question

I see the ScamNailer-2.07 script doesn't retrieve the 
https://aper.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/aper/phishing_reply_addresses
list.

Does this mean the http://www.mailscanner.tv/emails/ list includes the
addresses which are in that list or is there some other reason?
