Read the documentation in the MailScanner.conf file about 
"Spam-Viruses", but basically no, you don't need to do anything. The 
defaults I supply for the new settings will do all the work for you, 
just run upgrade_MailScanner_conf to ensure you are picking up the 
correct values for the new settings.
